But there are certainly things your body can't process as well as others. I'm just saying that milk is not something your body is meant to be consuming past a young age. I have no doubt there are other things I drink which my body was not "meant for". Honestly though, these days water makes up 90%+ of what I drink. Add in beer and some fruit juices, and that about covers it for me.
