I'm gonna start it in a week. I'll be off the internet from Wednesday-Sunday, so I thought I'd let Steve's sad thread limp along like the pathetic shadow of heterosexual love that homosexual relations are.

This might be the best passage you have ever written.

n hows the diet going matt?

To answer the question: Pretty good. The food is awesome. And it's making me go to the gym each night. It's like a reminder to continue to be healthy.

Default Update

I just got a call, they just gave me another 30 days for 28.99 per day. I like the service so much, I extended it and feel fine. I did cut down to 4 days a week, so this will take me into October. I've lost about 10 pounds, but I'd attribute that more to the gym.

I'm just very happy with the food in general

Good job, man. So you are getting full off of this? That's my issue with eating nothing but healthy food. I rarely feel full without eating too much of it and end up supplementing it with a bag of Dorito's.

Most of the time yes; This morning were these corn pressed pancakes with mozzarella in between, with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce on top.

VERY FILLING.

Lunch was a small half of pita and a nectarine.

Not So Filling.

Snack later is a blue cheese ravioli over mesclun. it's pretty dainty.

Dinner is two cheesy gordita crunches, one nachos supreme, a steak soft taco, and a steak quesadilla.

Pretty full.
