Driving long hours.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have driven the whole length of the Alaska Highway (~1500 miles) without stopping. Also in May 2000, I was working at IBM in Rochester, Minnesota. A friend wanted to buy a Corvette in Orange, New Jersey. We hopped in my car, drove straight to Jersey, bought the car, turned around and drove back.

I win.

You win.

Did you have a 50 gallon gas tank? Or are the last 1100 miles all downhill.

Seriously though, thats a nice 20 hours of driving... I have done 8-10 several times without getting tired, but I can't really imagine doing 20 without some good stimulants.

Cigarettes work just fine.

Probably playing clarinet, almost certainly bass clarinet, though I'm really just a half-decent amateur who sometimes gets paid. I may even be the best sax player, but that's pushing it.

50 yard freestyle best 21.09s. Not much endurance so my 100 yard fs was 50.01 or some bull. I could never break 50 seconds.

whats your mile time?

My PB is 4:27. Can anyone top that?

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow! I'm very impressed. That's very, very fast. I've only known a couple of people faster than that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Put me down there, ran a 4:05 1500 in college (roughly a 4:22 mile).

That might make me the best 2+2 metric miler? If not there's always goat [censored].
