They say a good win rate in no limit is 4-8 BB's/100 [/ QUOTE ] In NL it is a big blind because obviously you can bet whatever you want so big bet does not apply. This would be different than limit where a BB is big bet not big blind... I dont play limit that much so correct me if I am wrong but I am like 90% sure on this.

I don't think that call with JJ was very tough to make. The guy straddles meaning he obviously wants to make the last move preflop. The $100 raise could have looked like an attempt to pick up all those limpers $10, making a resteal highly likely. If its not a resteal you know its not QQ/KK/AA (QQ would want to see a flop, KK/AA would put in a more "action-inducing" raise). If I'm on that table, the range I give to the straddler is air, lower PP, or AK. No way any of the 3 that dominates JJ. Just my opinion.

Deep Fried food is actually pretty healthy. If the oil is hot enough it actually causes the water from the food to steam out, repelling oil from actually being absorbed by the food.
