the line in the boston/montreal game came out...prob just a few minutes ago...habs are -140...i'm thinking about taking them...scratch that...theyre 0-2 at home....i'll let you all know if i take anything

rangers, prob. the money line and spread
kings (+125) and/or the over @ 6

as of now:

rangers (-1.5) (+200)
Kings (+125)
prob. take another game, most likely the over in the kings/avs game..i'll let you all know

I did not bet the Rangers tonight because I thought the number was too high for a game against the Islanders. I thought the Rangers would win by a goal ... it was a one-goal game but went the other way in a SO.

My point though is to let you NHL bettors who didn't follow the game know that the Rangers pretty much dominated this game and were stymied by DiPietro. I would keep an eye on the number tomorrow for the Rangers. I would bet Snow will play tomorrow for the Islanders, and you should consider the Rangers on the plus side, figure +125 or higher. I also will look at the puck line, but think the Rangers will win outright ... maybe a little side wager on the puck line for protection depending on that number. The Rangers -- shockingly -- are really playing well.

i bet both the money line and spread on the rangers....a great game though...i listened to it on nhl.com and the rangers played great...dipietro played out of his skull...some amazing saves....but thats the way the game goes sometimes...

and just a monumental collapse by the avalanche...i stopped listenign to the game when it was 4-1 avs...and i saw at the end of the 2nd it was 4-4...tuned into the 3rd period and the kings score with a minute left....i was blown away that i covered...yet, the avs are highly overrated, which i stated in another hockey post earlier today....and don't forget they blew a 3 goal lead at home last week as well
