raise BTF even if you believe you normally play aces horrendously postflop and only plan on continuing on if you flop a four-flush or a set. it's not close.

That's the dumbest poker theory I've heard in a long time. Sometimes you raise for deception but that's about the opposite of what you said.

Raise. Build a bigger pot. Stick the hand out unless you aren't getting odds to continue if you're sure you're beat. The pot is going to be huge but I don't see how you can't raise for value. If you don't raise here you might as well QUIT CARDS.
