Spandex out of practicality? Then why doesn't everyone in the gym wear it. I am very aware of where my eyes go in the gym. there are plenty of women that work out in tight clothes that do it out of practicality, but there are those who do it to get the attention of the guys and girls in the gym... it is not hard to tell what they are there for. Its like girls that are all dolled up, walking around talking more than sweating. Again, its not hard to tell if you spend anytime in the gym.

we are required to spread of legs apart and tight fitting shorts will ensure we are not exposing ourselves.

[/ QUOTE ]

Let us not get too far ahead of ourselves, and neglect the sheer beauty of this sentence (fragment).

How about this? The girls wear the tight fitting spandex because they don't want to look like a shlump. Just because they dress like that don't leap to the conclusion that they want to be stared at.

[/ QUOTE ]

Women wearing spandex at the gym want to do me. I can tell... it's the way they're avoiding eye contact.

Staring is not necessary, dude.

Just carry around a camcorder mounted with a fiberoptic lens. Film the entire place for your later viewing pleasure.

I swear to God, they won't mind.

Despite all that, My favourite machine is the one where women open and close legs repeatedly

This girl I, um, knew in college once confided in me that she had an orgasm while using one of those machines.

The rowing machine is one of the best possible cardiovascular exercises you can do. As long as you have decent form and don't look like a spazz, I don't think it really matters what you're doing.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have always debated on the purchase of one. Prob takes little room in your home, and you sit there and do reps while you watch TV in your home. How much do they run?
