Hi, after lots of trying I was able to fix the problem, maybe this will help others that may have issues in the future, under options in WMP, go to network and under streaming protocols I only have TCP checked.

Click on tools, there should be a drop down menu that will include tools.

Pay attention - tools -then options then from there go to performance.
