I see an obvious point maybe getting lost here. Your results are your results. Your overall average over nearly 100K hands is not less meaningful just because a bunch of the worst results came near the end instead of being spread evenly throughout the whole sample.

Why does your post contain no mention of how well you are playing or how much you have improved since you started 5/10? Stats are useful but a qualitative assessment of where you are as a player is even more important.

Yeah, I saved them all up for 10/20.

Actually this isn't true. There are a few in there that are close to 200BB and at least one 10k hand breakeven stretch.
