I don't really know how anyone could vote Biggie. Rakim was a foundation-builder for rap with thought. I think that anyone who knows much about rap would have to vote Snoop Dog. The way that he matches up syllables in each rhyming sentence is a skill that no other has perfected. The flow to his music has been phenomenal and skillful. Biggie's rhymes have too many breaks and uneven syllable structure....
