Pham raised with QQ, standard 3 BB.. Reed called with 10-10.. The other guy called with 6-7 (forget his name).

Flop came A-J-7.. All three checked

Turn came 10.. Pham checked, Reed checked, Other dude (bottom pair and flush draw) bets $30k, Pham calls.. Reed folds?!?!

he easily had odds on the flush draw. the OESD, maybe he was just tired.. maybe he thought his Q and J were outs.

If you plan on folding the hand to that small of a raise, even if you suspect that it's a suck-in raise...

how do you get past the flop in the first place? I didn't see the earlier action, did everyone check the flop?

I would have raised the three tens.
