You know... those things are very over-rated.

That means I have to go downstairs and use a calling card though. My cell phone (as we have all figured out by now) is the ghetto-est piece of crap ever and won't let me call long distance.

Do I have to call for you??? OMG! You owe me HUGE if I do.

I'll get you anything you want to eat from Commerce if you do.

You just have to visit me while I'm playing at $20/40.

Steak me. Medium rare or 30 BB. Your choice.

Pretty sure the steak isn't on the super-exclusive "you can't get this for free you loser" menu. So seeing as how it's free... you get as much steak as you want.

I'm so abusing Commerce for free meals even when I'm not going to spending the entire day at Commerce during the week. This is gonna be great.

This is just a suggestion, but if you actually can trust any of the 2+2'ers who play in LA then you could Neteller or site-to-site transfer 3k over to them and then have them hand you cash down in LA. For their time and trouble, you should give them a bit more on top. Of course you gotta find a person you can really trust.

Traveler's checks are a bit of a pain. They only come in $100 maximums, and unless you have an agreement with your bank they're 3% fee on top of purchase price. So $3000 in Travelers' checks = $3090 total plus about 15 minutes of fililng them all out in the bank lobby. Enjoy your writers' cramp!

i had $500 travellers cheques and paid no fees when i went to vegas. $4k is only 8 of them, not a big deal at all. cashed them at mgm and bellagio cages with no hassle. took about 2 minutes. i'm sure it's the same at commerce. if your bank provides them commission free, this is a good way to go.
