I had an above average stack of around 3300 when I lost half of it with the poker player's favorite hand JJ. Folded to me in MP and I raise 3XBB. Folded to BB who I KNEW would push with any 2 cards. The two times I raised his blind before he pushed and I folded. So he pushed and I called and he turned over QQ. Blinds went up shortly after to 75/150 and with about 1200 I pushed in the SB with 65 after it was folded to me and lost to AJ.
