My friends and I had a plan to tape down the triggers on air horns with duct tape and throw them over the front wall of school into the little courtyard that the classrooms faced. Unfortunately Columbine happened a couple weeks before I graduated, and we realized the administration would probably look none too kindly on kids throwing grenade- or pipebomb-sized objects over the school. So, that didn't happen, but some kid did set loose a bunch of mice at the graduation ceremony.

You could always paint over the numbers on all the students locks... or what my roommate did, change the school welcome sign and put a new lock on the case. His read:
XXX Live Nudes 18 to party 21 to drink
