I think his How The West Was Won + most of the "new" DVD performances were nearly flawless. Agree/disagree?

[/ QUOTE ] hmm, ok, I'll try and listen for those. Open strings don't always sound awful, so maybe I just overlook them. Do you think his "rushed flurry" in solos are sloppy? Do you know what I'm trying to describe?
