Why is Detroit not running the baseline double screen for Rip? This is the PERFECT time for it. Rip is not going to get points off that dinky curl, he is not nearly as good a shooter from the elbow as he is from the baseline. And stop making Prince handle the damn ball.

I love what Hubie Brown just said: Horry gets a rebound and he says, "Mr. Intangible." It's not an intangible, it's a rebound.
Detroit is now doing too much standing around. The refs really did stink up this game by calling it much too tight. Too many ticky-tack fouls. How much fun is it watching Manu and Billups sit on the bench most of the first half. That's why the game was so boring the first half, the two most exciting players were not in the game.
