Obviously it was a missed c/r attempt. I think he's saying here it is a mistake to checkraise. You will get more action, more often, by betting into the aggressor, being raised, and then three-betting. The field is too small to try and trap UTG for an extra bet; if Button raises out UTG, so be it, you make the bet back up by three-betting Button. If this were more of a multiway pot and the aggressor was to your immediate left, then I would agree that trying to checkraise is fine.
