you went out with her once and people are worried about the best way to save her feelings? what is wrong with you people? first, i doubt her feelings would be hurt very badly after one date. second, she is just a girl, there are about 3 billion of them out there, who the hell cares if you hurt the feelings of one of them?

what you should do here is don't call her, if she calls you once don't answer, if she calls you again do answer but make an excuse to get off the phone after a couple minutes. keep doing this. she will get the hint eventually. and this is much better than doing anything stupid such as telling her you don't want a relationship because you burn the bridge if you do that.

i try to be decent with everybody i deal with. i could tell she was emotionally attached already. i am sure her feelings will be hurt. there is no point in being a dick to somebody if i dont have to be.

i dont think girls neccessarily like guys who are jerks, although that is the common perception. I think girls just like guys who have lives of their own and arent clingy/needy. Most guys are the same when it comes to women.
