It's ok. I have played SnG's and I know they pay top 3. Why wouldn't Bodog be a better place to play? They have softer play with unlimited 10% reload bonus. Thanks for posting a total useless post that didn't help out anyone. For some reason I thought that this forum was to help each other? Guess not.

For the record, Bodog's reload is 20% now. Has been for a while.

This further reinforces my theory that focus on whoring severely retards the development of actual playing skills.

[/ QUOTE ]
people play poker for all kinds of reasons, not everyone is out to become world champion. whoring is a perfectly viable way to make money without having to be a (quote) "awesome player" and at relatively low bankroll risk. it's quite possibly the most lucrative recreational hobby ever invented.

let's say someone is in middle management of a company, he/she makes oh, $50K a year, has an easy commute to work, and gets along with all his employees, pays all his bills on time, and can even sock a little away for retirement. an opportunity comes up for him to increase his salary to $100K as a district VP, but he has to relocate his house, go back to school for another year to get his MBA, and deal with a lot more challenging situations. are you going to chastise him because he's already happy where he is and doesn't need to make his life more complicated?

ambition is an individual's prerogative. let the rest of the people have some fun and games during their spare time from work or class.

this bonus is probably cleared most quickly and efficiently at $3/6 and up.

I cleared the last stars reload playing 3/6 6-max and it went very quickly. For all the griping I had heard about the games on stars, I thought it was a pretty good game too. Certainly not great (i.e., not nearly as good as the 3/6 5m on paradise), but worth playing in.

agreeed.

as i've stated before...on the 2/4 and 3/6 6-max these bonuses clear ultra-fast playing 3 tables or so.

on the 1/2 full-ring I suspect they barely clear at all.

I've been enjoying the MTT's there including the satellites for $T and $W.

FWIW - playing any tournament (including MTT's) with an entry-fee earns you FPP's towards clearing the bonus....not just SNG's.
Obviously it would take awhile to clear it this way...but I'm playing there occasionally anyway in these sat's so I may or may not get around to clearing it via the ring-games depending on my mood.

Always nice to check-in and first thing i see is a new reload.

FWIW, according to bonuswhores, clearing is significantly faster in full-ring LHE at Stars vs. Bodog.

If you know that SNGs pay 3 places, why did you post that you'd have to win 10% to break even?

If you don't want to play 100 10+1s to clear the bonus, how about 50 25+2s, or 33 35+3s, or 20 55+5s?

Bodog? I've never heard of them.

I guess I've had my head too far up Party's ass to find out about new sites...
