Hmmm... that's odd..there is one instance of PartyMine that I haven't exited for many days and it's still working fine! I did get some 'you have been disconnected because of a long period of inactivity' messages, and some warnings about trying to open more than 4 tables. But after just closing those error message windows, everything is working normally!

If you are still accepting people, I would like to try it out. I did QA for VideoGames for several years, if that helps at all...

Will you have a refund policy if Party Poker bans PartyMine which could easily happen?

Sure, but then I would charge per month to use the software, and you would only get a refund for the month in question.

Doubtful that I would payback someone thats been using the software for a year.

Also, if you read the TOS for partypoker my software isn't violating any policy since the License Agreement on my software will state that "This software is only meant for personal use". Basically you will be in violation of PartyMine's license if you use the software to collect data and then sell that data.

Hard to enforce but thats what its going to say.
