I think those numbers are skewed based on the limits you play.

There's plenty of people multitabling the $200's and 15/30 (what is it, 3/4 per table?) but you'd be hard pressed to find more than one guy multi-ing at .50/1 (certainly almost no one is playing multiple 5+1's or 10+1's) and there's 5 times as many of those tables on the site.

As far as 2+2 goes, a generic Internet forum will have about 5x-10x as many registered people as regular posters. This may or may not apply to 2+2.
