If it helps, they start with 25-100-500-1000 chips, then color up to 5000 (Black), 10000 (Light Blue) and 25000 (Red) chips.

i'm actually trying to find out the exact starting chip denoms first, then working my way from there

FYI - the chips change over the years and I haven't seen a good site for listing them.

From "Positively 5th Street" Jim McManus 2000 WSOP:
Denom / Qty / Color
$5,000 / 1 / Orange
$1,000 / 3 / White-Royal Blue
$500 / 2 / Black-Yellow
$100 / 7 / Slate
$25 / 12 / Green

25 Chips - $10,000

I was always curious about the starting chips breakdown too, curious if it changes?... heres a link to the blind structure WSOP 2004 Blinds

FYI -
WSOP Chips (Chipco's) for sale

The for sale links up til Monday... read more here:

THose proofs are great, but there are a few problems I think. Namely, the $10000 chips was light blue, not pink. Other small things, but overall, those look really nice.
