Tapas are the new trendy food around here. I suspect in big cities as well since we are catering to that crowd. Some nice French and Italian places are doing them, which is kind of funny.

There used to be a restaraunt in belleuve called spazzo that had some pretty good tapas, although i wasn't too impressed with the place overall. They've since changed to serving italian, so there's really no good spanish food around here anymore, as far asi know anyway.
