Blah, I'll just reinstall windows.

Can't be a bad thing considering it has been
couple of years since I installed this...

Should work fine after that, since it worked
fine on laptop...

amirpc,

Thanks for your work on this program. I posted about this problem in the other thread, but didn't receive a response.

I play 4 tables of 6 max, and when I use PlayerView, the animation because really choppy and sluggish. It gets to the point where the choppiness distracts me more than the overlay helps, so the program is basically unusable on my machine (which is a shame since it's a great concept). I turned off the characters and animation, but still see performance problems. I've tried on both Eurobet and PokerNow with the same results. Once I turn off PlayerView, everything runs smoothly. My computer is fast with plenty of RAM.

Is there any way I can help debug this? Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Thanks,
Sam

Well if your machine is decently fast and you are having this problem I would think you either have a TON of .hhf files and hand histories in your poker directories, or your ptrack database is absolutely gigantic - I don't even think a gigantic ptrack database would do that come to think.

If you have a slow hard drive, and a lot of hhf files around this will definately make your machine chug.

Well assuming you're running the latest version (.6U) then likely the problems are this:

- You have not added your poker directories to the list
- You do not have statistics on the players at this table
- You have them filtered by limit in the layout manager and have statistics from them at a different limit
- You have the minimum number of hands set too high in the layout manager

Check all these and get back with me, I'll check in after class in about 2 hours.
