I got the email, but shot my wad too early and put in $1000 just a few minutes ago, (not realizing I needed to wait until tomorrow).

I'm hoping they'll let me slide on it. I've got an email into them right now, so we'll see.

hey man,
you need to cool down a bit..

Default How long can you cash out after you deposit?

[ QUOTE ]
If you cash it back out as soon as you can (8 hours?), you should be able to get it deposited back in within the window.

[/ QUOTE ]

Does anyone know how long it truly is? Is it 8 hours - 24 hours - several days?

I could empty my Party and Empire Accounts tonight - then I'd have over $1000 in Neteller. Then I could deposit $1000 into Empire for this bonus. Then, I could withdraw $600 (after the time period) - and get it deposited in time for the Absolute initial deposit bonus of 35% ($210) in July. Can this be done?

I just got the email as well. Oddly enough, I had just cashed out $600 earlier today to do the stars reload. This is my first one of these and I'm sure this is an idiot question, but do I have to play all the hands by the 31st, or do I get 30 days? Thanks.

I don't think you have to play the hands in that small window. Probably within 30 days, maybe 60.

Curiouser and curiouser.

I received the bonus offer e-mail, so I wrote to EmpirePoker to query why it had come from CasinoCool.

A few minutes ago I received a telecall from someone called Shailendra from EP Customer Care. This was odd in itself - I have never received a telecall from Empire before about anything, that I can remember.

At first, he told me that the reason I had received the e-mail was because I had signed up under their affiliate, CasinoCool.

When I told him I had signed up direct with EP, he changed his story to one that CC is sending out random e-mails to everyone that plays poker, anywhere. Yeah, right.

I told him that the only people that knew that particular e-mail address were PartyPoker and EP and therefore they must have told CC. And, anyway, as I was not connected to CC in any way, even if I took up the bonus offer, CC wouldn't make any money out of the deal.

Again, he changed his story to that EP had sent the e-mail out, that my e-mail details were safe with EP, and that they would never tell anyone else my e-mail address.

At this point, I said this was sounding more and more suspicious, and that I would like to speak to a Supervisor, to find out how and why CC had been given my e-mail address by EP to send out an EP bonus offer.

A new gentleman came to the 'phone and introduced himself as Avinash, Supervisor. I asked, at EP? To which he replied, well, no actually, Supervisor at PP, as EP did not give telephone support.

What the? It was Shailendra from EP Customer Care, so he had said, who had telephoned me!

I explained the situation, and Avinash told me not to worry, it was a genuine bonus offer straight from EP. However, he could not explain the CC connection and he would now go and find out the full story and ring me back.

Next instalment will follow in due course.

There is something a little unusual about this one. I got the email at an address that hasn't been registered with Empire for a month, but didn't get it at the address that's registered there currently.

Maybe empire just hired an outside company to handle their email promotions and they don't have an up to date address book.

I'll still be taking the offer.

Ok, lets have some fun with a conspiracy theory...

Casino cool is an empire affiliate who, for some reason or another (not enough signups etc), gets booted from the affiliate program. In a fit of rage casino cool does a mass email announcing a (fake) deposit bonus to every Empire customer (using an email list obtained by Apu who works in Empire support but is an insider for casino cool).

We here at 2+2 (on the cuting edge of bonus whoring) are somewhat suspicious of the email and contact support. At first support is like "WTF are these guys talking about?" (which would explain why some people got a negative response at first), but as more and more questions about the bonus trickle in the [censored] hits the fan and management decides to go ahead and make this a real bonus rather than having a couple thousand pissed off members who attempt to deposit for the bonus and fail to get it.

MORAL: Don't piss off casino cool and you can create bonuses if you are able to obtain a sites master email list. This new level of bonus whoring will be refered to as "ultra" bonus whoring. I expect jek to get his act together and be on top of this by next week.

You heard it here first.
