This thread is actually pretty jokes, and I agree I really want to make some sarcastic remarks to these guys for kicks, but this is seriously -EV. I don't think people understand how bad this is, you're kicking their calling range down like 1 or 2 levels... that is bad. To get my jollies in I play nutbar (have to raise whenever you have the option pf, play well after that) .50/1 limit after a few pints. People snap, you laugh. Life's good.

EDIT: This thread's inspired me, a little nutbar and a 6-pack before the bar and the leaf's game. Oh, and buy-in for like $1000, they hate that.

I typically get heckled at two different points in the tournament...usually from the same guy. First, he rags on me:
"jmiller, you trying to fold your way into the money?"

then, after pushing every chance I can when the blinds have increased dramatically, I get spite called as a 60/40 underdog only to win:
"Learn how to play poker, loser"

I do very little responding...although occasionally I like to taunt them. I'm usually just impressed they have actually noticed what I am doing...even if they don't realize that it's a sound strategy to win.

jah, sadly on the phone. was chatting w/yugo at the same time, and that basterd didn't help matters either.

i think i've played with you on stars in various contexts like 3 or 4 times total (don't play there much), and you've played very well each time.

mostly i think that the two misclicks killed me more than the phone and chats did last night, but i'm sure we'll play again.
