Re: Best rock albums since 1990
Loveless is, uh, getting no love, but needs to. Beautiful.
Dismemberment plan's Emergency and I and Change both deserve to be mentioned, as does Built to Spill's Keep it Like a Secret, There's Nothing Wrong with Love, and Perfect From Now On all rules. I find Summerteeth to be superior to YHFT. I feel Sleater-Kinney should be mentioned, at least One Beat. Pixies? I've got lots of love in my heart for the Dresden Dolls. Obligatory mentions of Strokes, Interpol, and Hot Hot Heat. Spoon, like, everything they've done. Wrens - Meadowlands |

If we get to mention post-rock, I think Explosions in the Sky needs a mention.

Re: Best rock albums since 1990
Okay, uh... people are throwing out a lot of great albums/bands, but... how about some actual top 10 lists? In order, numbered, and stuff.

I don't do lists.
Edit. I might be able to do a top ten for the first half of 2005. Might. |
