I am still very serious about this. [/ QUOTE ] I have a couple of these. I beat Megaman 2 without dying... most of them aren't spectacular though. I beat Contra 3 on the hardest setting... using save state like every 30 seconds. Just because I wanted to see what the final boss was like in hard mode. Yeah, he sucks, just like the entire rest of that game. Freaking impossible.

yeah i don't see it as a contender for best snes game ever, much less best game ever. but the ds version came out recently which has generated threads, and so it's probably more fresh in their minds.
i wish they had done smash brothers ds instead of kart ds...

[/ QUOTE ] I would be impressed to hear from someone who beat: - The first Simpsons game (I think it was Bart vs. the Space Mutants). - The Adventures of Bayou Billy. I don't think I have ever even reached the final stage in this game. But maybe I just gave up too quickly on it since it sucked way bad compared to Double Dragon/River City Ransom. Heck, even Renegade was better.

I'm not whipping out the gimmick accounts for this, but if LttP loses, I'm going to lose all faith I have in OOT. It will be devastating. The earth will open up and swallow all your blasphemous SFII voters whole.
