i suck at nl tournies, but i would have played it the same as you, except i would have checked on river. i always get a little nervous when somebody calls a big bet on the turn when i have shown aggression the whole way. phil's way to play it is a pretty good idea too, and is probably better than my way. of course i say this only because he is clearly a much better player than i. brush it off and enjoy vegas.

You clearly stated in you threads last month that you wanted to be aggressive from the beginning. So we knew what we were up to. An early bust was very possible in a crap shoot event like this.

You have one year to ponder adjustments in your strategy.
