What are you talking about? Dellusional? He plays HORRIBLE, I would crush that game, I'm a winning NL 1K 6 max player (4.5 ptbb/100, small sample size, only about 40K hands) but I have a much larger sample size at over 200K hands NL 400 6 max at 5.24 ptbb/100.

Talk to us when you beat Prahlad online.... Just kidding

Default Ok, I\'ve talked so much, I\'ve got to go down and play

Alright, I've talked so much smack, I've got to go down and play. I just closed on a tri-plex and setting up 2 renters and just signed the purchase and sales agreement on a 4-plex, so pretty busy right now, but I'm going down there, and then after I play, I'll post on here and say, "that's me, look at the nerdy chubby guy that obviously plays a lot of online poker" LOL (I'll kind of stand out).

You are delusional if you think Ed will risk 100K plus of his bankroll at any one time. He will play short bursts, win or lose and bail. So it would require you to play him many, many times over weeks with him failing to suckout on you, for you to beat him. Yes we are all +EV against Ed, but having lost a bundle to him on his suckouts, I can tell you that it would be next to impossible to have him seated long enough to lose that kind of money.

Phralad would DOMINATE ME!!!!!!!!! He would spank me like a little sissy girl. Never said I was "super great," just a winning player who's never really watched poker like this, I honestly didn't realize people played this bad. I 4-8 table so never pay attention.

when I started watching LATB, I was also shocked at the play. I always assumed the play gets better and better as you go up in stakes.

I'm wondering if this is not typical of higher stakes no limit casino games. Seems this is kind of a special game with whales(fish)

Default Bankroll requirements

Well, it's all about buy ins. The standard idea is 20 buy ins with a good winning player, there is a 5% chance he'll go bust. So take that as it is. For a 5K buy in, that means you need $100K, for a $10K buy in you would need $200K, etc. etc. I could come up with 50+ buy ins easily, so I doubt I'll go bust.

BUT There is NEVER a 0% chance of bust, cause it's math, and standard deviation never has to stop (so I would say we both have points, it's impossible to ever have enough, BUT the odds are REALLY SLIM!!!!!!!) But yes, I'll come down with a few bucks And if the 1 in a million does happen and I lose A BUNCH, I'll just move down limits and rebuild.

wow - big hand. I'm getting sick of people running it.
Kudos to Barry Greenstein for not running it ever. (I think)
