Re: Students: What Classes are You Taking Next Semester?
[ QUOTE ]
My final semester... Fine Arts: Urban Design & Architecture Studies major... Environmental Design Issues & Methods Special Topics: Case Studies of Historic Preservation Special Topics: Urban Landscapes and... Econ I [/ QUOTE ] Env. Design. - new professor, but I'm assuming it will be mostly on green buildings, and building in certain environments. Case Studies of Historical Pres. - pretty self explanatory i'm guessing. I'm sure we'll discuss buildings that in the profs opinion should have never been torn down, there will be some sob stories, and i'll move on with my life. Urban Landscapes - focus on parks and greenspaces in NYC. should be interesting and a lot of fun. The above 3 classes are all seminars, so they are classes with < 15 people. They are 2.5-3.5 hrs long, and meet once a week (dinnertime-ish). Econ I is obviously a GPA booster. I do not plan on going to this class other than for the midterm/final. |
