I did give them a break. I kept my mouth shut and didn't complain for EIGHT DAYS!

I'd be more inclinded to show Choice some good will if they had sent me an update at some point in the last 11 days about where my money is. Heck, I'd be happy if the would just answer any of my emails. Don't you think a customer deserves at least that much?

I am sure players will rest much better after your assurance. A first post by someone named APTour is much more reliable than non cashouts, ignored emails, etc. I know I feel much better and will now consider placing money in your site.............. ergh, I mean Choice Poker.

They say the wire is due in this weekend. It does sound shaky, but I do believe them. My latest withdrawl is three days past due now. So I'm hoping and a praying they come through as they say.

They did say earlier that all customers deposits were held seperately from their operational funds. This will put them to the test of honesty then. So I'll wait til Monday before I panic and jump ship. The guys running Choice have been so nice I really want them to succeed and get through this situation. I love the 50% rake rebate for life also. Pretty much I've been using this money alone to rebuild each new bankroll after withdrawls, so it's been a risk free site for me to play on. Where else can you withdrawl 100%, get a rake rebate and start a new? It's great.

Good luck Choice Poker, hang in there!

Under your theory where exactly is the money located? You are saying they do not keep the cash in the same account they utilize for processing payouts? Where do they keep the cash? It sounds very much like a cashflow problem to me.

Here is what I posted at casinomeister about this.......

I think this explains their big neteller bonus a few weeks ago, a way to borrow from Peter to pay Paul.

Maybe others could give an opinion about this but the temporary cashout delay because of a transfer is bull s. Think about this. That money must be sitting in a bank account right? They could open a neteller account with this money and pay you from that or transfer it to choice's neteller account in about 2 days. Same with prepaidatm.

If it is sitting in cash then they could take it to a bank of america and send it to neteller right? For prepaidatm they could send a quickpay. They could even make arrangements to send you all a western union, one of their withdraw options. It honestly sounds like they went bust 2 months into business. I just cant imagine what could take them 2 weeks to pay these people. Where could this money be coming from to take this long?

Blaming on the banks in Costa Rica is BS since it is so easy to have neteller and prepaidatm set up from anywhere. I certainly hope everyone gets paid. I doubted Bigbet would pay and they did but I think Choice is ruined forever over this.

I am sorry to see Choice go.

Choice1 seemed like a nice fellow too.

But I guess it was a bad marketing stradegy (aimed at 2+2)

I hope everyone gets their money back.

I'm buying anyones remaining deposits at 50% value. Just come and meet me at the tables and lose it to me, and I'll reimburse you half through Neteller. Offer good til canceled.

Love,
