It's very very unlikely that Tod Witteles posted as somebody else on FCP.

It's very very likely.

Sez who? Sure, ESPN has no integrity (assuming they wish us to believe that all broacasts are accurate), and sure, Mr. Druff acted like a buffoon (whatever reasons notwithstanding), but after reading your blog, I still don't see how it is any more or less than likely that the public defender is in fact Druff himself.

Possible is the farthest it's fair to go on this one.

Did I miss all the non-circumstantial evidence?

did you read the post on fcp? i cant imagine some anonomyous dude would just go on and write something like that. the guy has already come on 2+2 to show that he is horribly insecure, i would say that its about 40% him.

I'm putting the line higher - 65 - 70% sure it's him. The long rants are very similar...very similar.

Yes, he could. Given that the webmaster there has joined in with some of the nasty comments towards me, my guess is that he already has checked and doesn't like what he found.

I realized awhile ago that certain people won't be satisfied unless I can prove that I was away from every computer in the world while that message was posted. This is the sort of thing that's impossible to defend against, so I just let people look at the facts and conclude what they want.

some people actually trust Paul's analysis and respect his views.

e.g. me.
But don't make it sound like we are a mindless cult or something. Paul's opinion's are respected because, in the opinion of many, he has been doing a great job of presenting and defending them for a long time.

Anyway, just my .02.

Go back and read my post on neverwinpoker. At no point do I assert that "online poker is rigged". I stated that I had been experiencing a disproportionate number of bad beats and ugly second-best situations over a very extended period of time on one particular site (Pokerstars). I further stated that these results nowhere near mirrored my results elsewhere, both live and online.

[/ QUOTE ]

I share the same experiences on pokerstars. Could someone please link me to this topic on NWP?

Just to explain that post deletion:

I have decided that I'm tired of defending myself over here. I've said the same thing over and over for the past week, and I'm tired of it.

In case you missed it, the deleted post is basically a repost of everything I said on the Phillips blog. I don't feel like rehashing the same things here a week later. I'm done.
