Like all those parents who named their kids "Farrah" or more recently, "Britney" [/ QUOTE ] Names, first names I mean, are very cyclical; they pretty much all get old and dated, except for a few ever-present bibical names like John. Today's Ethan is tommorrow's Clarence. Also, you seem to be implying Britney Spears' first name is the start of a trend, but it's not, it's actually the result of one. Freakonomics is a good read, and has a section on this topic. |
