Re: Making sure I\'m not a river wus in 6 max
default 3/6 don't call with ace high as often as people like to believe (in order to justify dubious value bets.. I mean it happens, but not an absurd amount). I'll go out on a limb and say unless you know an opponent sucks more than a Dyson, you'll just about never get an A high call on a multiway river. At least, it's not good to assume you will. Even donkeys know the difference of Ace high heads up vs. a multiway pot.

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] the J doesnt change anything [/ QUOTE ] Say what? think about some hands, if this were a K, i would be more inclined to agree. [/ QUOTE ] are you really going to restrict their hand ranges to J9, 79, J7, QJ etc? i think while the J isn't a great card it's made better by the fact that we hold half the 9s and that there were no raises put in on earlier streets [/ QUOTE ] no stats for the players, but also in 3/6 there are weak-tighties that will check call all the way with top pair. whether or not this comes into play is read based though. |

Re: Making sure I\'m not a river wus in 6 max
I agree the jack sucks, but theres a decent chance they would have donked had it hit them. I think one has an 8 and the other a flush draw or smaller pair often enough for it to be a bet.

Re: Making sure I\'m not a river wus in 6 max
I would bet. I feel like you probably would've heard from a T by now (either in the form of a c/r or a donkbet) and eights and deuces always call
