Follow-up
Don't check this forum much but saw that this thread was still live.
FWIW, I sent in the request on Sunday evening, and Lee called my cellphone the next evening. We talked for a bit and I explained why I wanted to take a shot at the game, what my bankroll was, and stuff like that. He was very professional and polite and I was granted access to the game just moments afterward, as well as having my Neteller deposit limit raised. I'm not going to presume to say whether this policy is +EV from a business standpoint or not, but I did get the sense that Lee was genuinely concerned about the welfare of his players.
