Have you tried the Chipitlin Pibil (not sure about the exact spelling)? It's Yucatan style pork. I like all their pork/carnitas stuff the best. Lately I've been getting the Chile Verde (carnitas and green chiles) w/out beans, because I'm avoiding onions and beans.
There are definitely people who either don't like Yuca's or don't think it lives up to the hype of disciples like me. each to their own.

I'll try that next time I go, thanks for the rec. I think, especially if you're in Los Feliz, it's solid bang for the buck. Just never blew me away.
Ever go to Senor Fish in Eagle Rock (other location is South Pas)? That place is excellent. Scallop Burrito = disturbingly good.
