Re: So who DO/DON\'T you want at your final table?
[ QUOTE ]
He won in 1995. He made the final table the last 2 years. He made the final table at least once before that I am aware of. Seems pretty tough to me. [/ QUOTE ] And that automatically means he should be at everyone's table ? He's a great player, noone denies that, but for me and others there are players with different styles to fear more. My style would be more suited against his than other more aggressive players. |

Re: So who DO/DON\'T you want at your final table?
I wonder if part of his success is that many players feel comfortable with him at the table and focus their attention elsewhere. Then, before you know it, he moves on to the next level and the next level ...
I realize the subject was about the final table only. But why would it be any different there? |

Any table with Shana Hiatt laid out on it would be my "dream" table...

Re: So who DO/DON\'T you want at your final table?
To take it a stage further. It's just me and PH left in, I'm just ahead in chip count and go all in with 72o, PH has AA, the flop is KQJ, the turns the 7 and the river is, of course, the 2.
I leap across the table and bravely wrest the Japanese sword from Phil's hand as he desperately attempts to commit seppuku. Hey, it helps me get to sleep... |
