Whats going on with Raketracker?

received payment today. Raketracker has been incredibly reliable for the 10 months I've worked with them so I'm not surprised at all. Great affiliate.

Hate us all you want...the only info I've received is in this thread, where there have been a few posts saying "we're finishing up in the next couple hours." The first one was 24 hours ago. I agree the raketracker guys are really great, but I'd be a lot happier if at some point I received an email that said, "Hey we're behind and won't be able to get the payments out for a bit." As it is I've only seen three posts in this thread that say they're finishing up "in a couple hours," with the last one being a guarantee about 6 hours ago. It'd be nice if there were some meaningful communication, that's all.

Still haven't gotten my payment, and have no clue as to its status.

we cant email you because then you guys complain about spam... etc. you might want it, but mass mailing simply does not work now a days. your site gets black listed and then its good game / peace.

its hard to move money around online. taking 100k out of the sites, putting it into neteller, and then transfering it out as 1k to each player takes a while. i am sorry these are delayed. i am not trying to sound like a dick or anything here, because i would be pissed too if i wasnt paid on time.

if at anytime you have a problem just email support@raketracker.com , they are great ppl and they will take care of any problem you have.

ps... ways to speed up your payment with us (and prob with any other affiliate).

try to be paid over the site you are playing at.

try to be paid over a payment service. neteller/firepay. we process firepay payments weekly... every tuesday i believe.

try not to be paid over stars/any 'other' site. we have to move money out of the site you generated the rake at, put it in neteller, and then put it in the other site... this takes a while.

also we review/process payments by size. our big players always get paid first. so, play more!! [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Is there some minimum you need for weekly payments?

I'm with a guy for a couple sites, but I'm looking for another site and I figure I'll use a different affiliate just in case, and if you guys can give me weekly payments, well, that would be cool.

And I don't know who Chris' mom is, but damn, she should be paying HIM.

Why not put a message on your web page then? I think every onw of you members check you site on a regular basis.
