His neighbor left $.75 on his porch too. P.S.-If .75 cents means so much to you that you post it on here and you knew that you had dropped .75 cents on your porch the night before, why not pick it up. |

Of course it's stealing. Like you said, if picking up the change is not stealing then taking your patio furniture is not stealing either, and I don't think anybody would argue that the latter is not theft. If I had noticed and was in a playful/caring mood, I would put out a larger amount of change tomorrow - maybe double - and see if he takes it and keep doubling it until he stops.
