Nut, you're nuts. But that's okay. You're in good company.

Anyway, here's the latest speculation from Hardball:

http://thinkprogress.org/2005/10/26/allen-fitzgerald/

They think their is a good chance that Fitzgerald got some sealed indictments today and that by Friday all will be known.

As for me, all that I know is that G. Gordon Liddy is a very uncommon criminal, but a criminal nonetheless.

Did you decide to middle your bet as I suggested in this thread?
************************************************** ********
I already have bet $1000 and that is my limit. I made that bet because I'm 100% certain that Ronnie Earle is a partisan scumbag who has made a career of abusing his office and I'm 100% certain DeLay will get off. The brave person on this forum that took the bet is a non-Texan who is going to lose a $1000 because they think Ronnie Earle is legit. LOL!

If I were to bet on this, I would require more info about Fitz and the case. As for the case there is just a lot of rumors. As for Fitz, I know nothing about him except he has spending tax payer money for the last two years and praised the Martha Steward charges which is worrisome to me.... I have a deep suspcian of all DAs. Very few of them don't abuse the power that is given to them. Some like Ronnie Reale go off the deep end.

Felix, if you follow my betting advice, you'll be middling your bet, you will not be able to lose. Don't just ignore me because I'm liberal!

This appears to be the URL where any indictments of Robe, Libby, or whomever else will appear next week.

Fitzgerald Launches Web Site

Special prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald has just launched his own brand-new Web site.

Could it be that he's getting ready to release some new legal documents? Like, maybe, some indictments? It's certainly not the action of an office about to fold up its tents and go home.

I ponder who will be replacing the Vice President if he is involed in this matter.

The latest news today is that he reportedly signed a lease to expand his office space, too.

There is something sublime about reading FELIX saying that someone else is "off the deep end".

Default Thursday: No Indictments

It would be hard to believe that Fitz would be spending the tax payer's money for almost two years and not have anything to show for it. Is he begging Libby/Rove to plead to a misdemeanor? or has the press been BSing us the last few weeks with meritless rumors? My instincts tell me that Fitz does not have much and feels pressured to justify his investigation with some indictments......but he is reluctant to indict Libby/Rove on an innocent contradictions that could be attributed to a faulty memory on conversations that are over two years old. Geez. Don't ask me about conversations that are two WEEKS old much less two YEARS. It is not like saying, 'Gee whiz, I forgot that Monica gave me a BJ in the Oval office while I penetrated her with a cigar'.

The NYT has been distancing themselves from Judy Miller and implying that she is a liar. If Miller is Fitz's 'star witness', then Fitz does not have much of a case.

Friday will be VERY interesting....

The grand jury doesn't meet today. They meet tomorrow. We'll see. Maybe you are right. (Everbody hear that, I'm admitting Felix might be right!)

Maybe their won't be any indictments.

Felix, have you decided to middle your DeLay bet? You can't lose!
