I like point 1)

Point 2) seems like it could be a gift and a curse to have the BB presense in the hand. You might like him when he calls the initial pf raise, but you may have one hell of time trying to get him out later. Then again you may not want him out later. Also, the BB's presence may prevent button from firing a barrel every street... but let's be honest here. That button is going to autobet virturally every flop with you guys if checked too. I'd say 92.5% if we are pulling figures out of the air. So you have to get to a later street to even reallize the benifit of the BBs' pot protection presense... which you likely won't due unless you hit. Not to mention the BB is actually holding cards that detract from your equity.
