was there any stipulation in this bet that the tattoo had to be permanent? If not the answer here is obvious.

The only possibly cool thing I can think of would be an old-school, stacked pin-up blonde wearing a tight Ace of Spades (or maybe Ace of Hearts, Queen of Hearts, etc) t-shirt. You could play around with that a little - maybe she could be shuffling cards or something like that. James McManus has a tattoo that I think is totally lame.

Be careful man - there are a lot of bad tattoos out there. I'm lucky enough to have a friend who's a tattoo artist, so he worked out a few designs before I picked one I liked (not poker related). This is the best way to go.

Default Dead man\'s hand, end of story

The only tight poker tattoo you could get would be the dead mans's hand... Black aces and Black eights. The fifth card isn't really known so you can improvise, but like a nine of diamonds or something sounds cool. This should officialy end the thread, as nothing could be tighter than that.

A hookers vagina is "tighter" than that.

He may have been crude but that doesn't change the fact that any tattoo that has anything to do with poker is lame as [censored].
