Yeah, he makes great points alright. I'm sure all the flood equipment of the La Natl Gurad is in the deserts of Iraq. Sure.

What makes you think the US would accept help from other countries? Venezuala's Chavez has already offered his help, do you think we are going to accept help from him?

Part of having this "going it alone" foreign relations policy is that it puts you in an awkward situation when it would be nice to be able to ask for help.
