Default Re: PS $25K Guaranteed $11 Rebuy Last Longer???

43K for $31 last night, 6K for $71 tonight.

Course, after the break last night, I played 3 big hands, got sucked out on twice and finished 101'st. Let's see how this one goes.

27K

Hit a gutter and stacked a good player (I have notes on him going deep often in big buyins) after he limped AKs UTG and I limped behind w/ KQo.

I thought I hit a pair and a gutter and flat called his small flop bet on a AJXr flop, and spiked my T on the turn.

He then berated me for 10 minutes.

Hi my name is Woodguy, and I am a fish.

Regards,
Woodguy

Default Re: Who goes nuts

[ QUOTE ]
Just wondering which of you guys go absolutely nuts the first hour-- spending possibly hundreds of dollars to get a stack. I usually do in the 5 rebuy, but usually play sort of normal in this.

[/ QUOTE ]

I was in a rebuy with Gank earlier today. He played moderately crazy for the first 45 minutes, going in with what seemed like any ace, any pair, anything suited. When there was about 10 minutes left before the rebuy period ended, he had failed to successfully accumulate ANY chips, so he started pushing almost every hand.

Unfortuantely, the dude was horrendously unlucky and never won a significant all-in, so he had to play with 5K chips after the rebuy period, which was horrendously shortstacked at a table he had donated more than a quarter million chips to.
