The correct answer can only be
"The Story of Ricky" Some guys at Georgia Tech hosted a "Story of Ricky" showing on a big screen in one of the auditoriums (like $5 admission or something for a charity raffle). It is the most violent-gory-hilarious movie I've ever seen. 'nother linky HERE

Disclaimer: I've never seen it so you can judge my entry with that in mind. I've read descriptions of the movie. While it supposedly makes a very stark anti-fascist statement, it sounds unwatchable.

I recently saw The Devils Rejects. That was pretty gory, but im sure it doesnt match all these other movies mentioned. It didnt waste any time with nudity however, about 10 seconds in some naked chick is being dragged across the ground. Yea, it was pretty messed up $hit.
