Like I said, I would raise, but I could certainly justify folding as well. I don't see any reason why you would call though...Seems very weak.

The vast majority of the time that you get a "free river," you won't need it. It's akin to raising the flop with 22 on an AK4 flop hoping that you'll hit your set by the river.
