Even for people that were "fast", they went back and fixed/adjusted it. My bonus was taken away and now shows as unreleased, so I need to play the 375, not like I wasn't going to anyway. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Hmm, I remember when I got the free 25 my account was around 1081 and it still is. Even now when I look into my bonus account it has two AUG25 promos and one says released (the one from last night) and the other one says unreleased with 375 hands requirement. Seems like I got two boniis. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Check to see if your account shows the same thing.

I assumed they took one away. I didn't know my balance before though, so I can't be sure. I did notice the 2 August bonuses like you have, but my June is now missing so I assumed they just made a glitch, but that they had taken it back. Weird.

Maybe I got 2 as well.

Don't forget the casino bonus. $25 bonus with a $250 WR. Bonus code is YELLOW for USD.

I keep trying it and its not working. I've emailed support, the first email they said they didn't recieve that i had requested the bonus, and to try again, so i tried transferring 3 more times, all to no avail. I emailed them again, but apparently the second email takes much longer to respond to. Anyone else having this problem? I wish Eurobet had a US phone number you could call.

I usually receive no indication that I'm going to get the bonus and then it miraculously appears 1-2 days after I complete the WR.

Yeah, it seems to be pretty random. Last month, I received a pop-up message saying the bonus had been credited to my account the second I had completed the WR. This month, there was a delay of about 6 hours between completing the WR and getting the bonus credited. Seems pretty weird that they can't be consistent.
