It would be nice if the author of this project didnt completely abandon ship and leave all of us hanging. There are several of us willing to pay $20 to get an unlimited version which would require absolutely no effort from him. I guess he doesnt mind missing out on the extra money...

When he was working on the code, he was busy enough to deny $3,000 offers for the source. Now Prod1gy's too busy to even accept our money? Strange.

Somebody go to Prod1gy's house and make sure he hasn't slipped in the tub. Maybe he's fallen and he can't get up.

I'm worried about him.

I willing to pay as well.

Is there any word whatsoever that PartyMine is seen as a BOT at Empire or any other skin? I've read over the posts here and the disclaimer page at Party and it seems to me as if it is still up in the air. Has anyone been warned for using it?

[/ QUOTE ]I haven't been warned (even back when I was able to run the app. )

Keep in mind that you can run PartyMine on play-money accounts. Or no account at all. (Hit "cancel" on the login.) That limits you to 5 tables on that computer, but then there's no way for them to warn you. As far as Empire's concerned, it's not even "you".

Please make sure you require the buyer to allow former donators to use the program. Also, if you'd like for me to look at (or draft) the contract, let me know. Thats what I do for my real living. Or if you just have questions, I'd be happy to help.
