Computing the drawing odds is a separate matter. |

Oh, wait a second. I see what you're saying here now. You're saying that if we read an opponent for, say, JJ, then we don't very well have a J as an out. My argument was strictly concerning the combinatorics of the issue.
My apologies, outs do have be discounted a bit in this case, but I'm not sure it needs to be as drastic as being reduced from 10 to 5. I admit that I'm not especially sure how to approach this problem, though. |
